Let’s remember that this is a neighborhood. Even though the projections are 2040 let’s not take our eyes off the fact this was meant to be a local road. One lane each way straight off Camby. This is what was promised when we built.

There is one zoning matter for members to consider.

6402 W Southport Road & 7300 S Mooresville Road – Goose Creek Farms, LLC, represented by Domonic Dreyer, seeks the rezoning of 48.4 acres from D-A to D-4 to allow for the construction of 130 single family homes by Arbor Homes.

It’s time to renew your membership – or -- become a new member. Membership is still $5 per person and runs from July through June. You must be a resident of Decatur Township who is at least 18 years old to become a member. New members must wait 45 days before they can vote.
