We are doing door prizes and a silent auction. Please let me know if you have something you would like to donate. We have had so many generous donors. We hope you will bring your kids for photos with Santa early this year. The lions club always puts on a great breakfast. Many vendors to shop from. This is our biggest fund raiser of the year. Every dollar goes back to the students. Please share. Thank you!

Let’s remember that this is a neighborhood. Even though the projections are 2040 let’s not take our eyes off the fact this was meant to be a local road. One lane each way straight off Camby. This is what was promised when we built.

There is one zoning matter for members to consider.

6402 W Southport Road & 7300 S Mooresville Road – Goose Creek Farms, LLC, represented by Domonic Dreyer, seeks the rezoning of 48.4 acres from D-A to D-4 to allow for the construction of 130 single family homes by Arbor Homes.

It’s time to renew your membership – or -- become a new member. Membership is still $5 per person and runs from July through June. You must be a resident of Decatur Township who is at least 18 years old to become a member. New members must wait 45 days before they can vote.

Looks like a member of the Decatur township CDC is being investigated. They’re the ones who hired yard and company to propose development around the proposed 4 lane highway that no one wants.
