My Editor Story

I have to say it, I love a good project. Some I've created myself by looking at the desired end result, then researching and devising a way to build a framework of what the project covers, searching for the qualified talent to get me there, and then managing it until the product is produced. Others I have stepped into mid-project to shepherd the project to production. I have extensive experience in cultivating talent and my easy-going attitude enables me to network quickly among teams and outside vendors.

I have 19 years of experience in publishing under my belt where I began as a proofreader and rose to the position of acquisitions editor. I love working with the written word and authors and take a project on fully as my own. I strive for quality utilizing my editorial and development skills. My easy-going attitude enables clients to easily communicate what their needs are and what they expect from me.

I have worked on a multitude of projects ranging from books to marketing materials to business operating procedures. In addition, I offer my publishing expertise in building manuscript frameworks for both fiction and nonfiction manuscripts. My clients range from comedians to fiction writers to vanity presses to franchisers in need of promotional materials.
