As a music artist, I’ve always seen fashion as an extension of storytelling — a way to visually echo the emotions and energy behind the sound. My work lives at the intersection of pop, R&B, and alternative, but it’s also deeply rooted in identity, performance, and the power of aesthetic. I’m looking forward to sharing my perspective and learning from others who are shaping culture through creativity.

Sco Nixon is a bold and genre-blending music artist whose sound fuses pop, R&B, and alternative influences with cinematic flair. Known for expressive performances and a sharp visual identity, Sco uses music as a vessel for storytelling — exploring themes of transformation, emotional honesty, and style. Their latest single, Numb, captures the tension between vulnerability and detachment, wrapped in a moody, stylized soundscape. Based in Indianapolis, Sco is passionate about pushing the boundaries of Black artistry in pop and creating immersive experiences that resonate across sound, fashion, and culture.

Meet our Panelist Taylor Hall.

Taylor Hall is an Indianapolis based Artist, Singer/Songwriter, Model, and public speaker who uses music to inspire, heal and promote change. She is a Ball State University Communications graduate, and has written songs for TV, film, and global campaigns, with music featured in a Hallmark movie, ads in Japan, and amassing over one million streams. Taylor was based in LA for the past four years where she modeled for multiple brands and campaigns including: a Mcdonald’s Superbowl Commercial, Shea Moisture “Beauty that Bonds” campaign, Insta 360, Jordan, Nike, and for multiple other large and small scale brands. Beyond her artistry and modeling, Taylor assisted in organizing the largest protest in Indianapolis for racial justice back in 2020, Co-founded Black Women in Charge Inc, along with other nonprofits; and continues to blend creativity and advocacy to spark dialogue around mental health and equality through her company Artivist LLC.

Rebecca Rivers is a multifaceted entrepreneur and philanthropist. As Founder and Creator of LU / Love Universal Cosmetics, she combines her passions for beauty, coaching, and giving back. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Rebecca has built a successful career as a professional makeup artist, cosmetologist, and certified life and business coach. Her work has been featured in top publications, including Vogue, ELLE, Sports Illustrated, Unzip Magazine and other local publications. She has collaborated with numerous celebrities such as Tupac, Chaka Kahn, Sharon Stone, Jennifer Lopez, Brittany Spears, LeAnn Rimes, Boyz II Men, and Miss USA winner Nana Meriwether, among others. Rebecca's makeup artistry has been featured on set in Will Smith’s Ali, American Music Awards, The Grammys, The Oscars, VH1 Flavor of Love, Vivien Jackson Couture Campaign Ads & editorial photo shoots. As a professional makeup artist she's been apart of various appearances and collaborations all over the US and South America.
Rebecca's philanthropic efforts support organizations like Wheeler Mission and Susan G Komen. Rebecca sits on the on the board Susan G Komen Indiana and Kentucky organizing the annual city wide More Than Pink Walk. Through her endeavors, she aims to spread love and uplift others.

Meet Panelist Troy Oliver

Troy Oliver is one of Indy’s most notable male models. Troy has been seen on runways , and in front of the camera for over 12 years. You may have seen him on runways for Midwest Fashion week, Meet the Artist Fashion Show, and IBE Summer celebration fashion show. Just to name a few. He has also been featured in Pattern Magazine Vol 14 and 15 , Wedding Day Magazine, Vogue Italia online and most recently graced the cover of North Indy Monthly. Troy has featured in campaigns for brands such as Finish line , Mac cosmetics, Cummins, Indiana Fashion Week, and many more. In 2022 Troy was named Male Print and Male Commercial Model of the year by the Integrative Model Association. In early 2023 he was also recognized as an honoree by AnJ Blanchard at her annual full figured woman’s expo.

With an extensive background in fashion Troy uses his skills and love for fashion as a personal stylist. Troy has been known for some of the most memorable looks at some of Indy’s premier events . Troy also uses his fashion expertise as a red carpet host for events and serves on the board for the fashion and style committee with Be nimble/Garden Pardi.

Outside of fashion, Troy can be found on stage and in character as a star cast member for the Made Man Improv Show.

Everything Underground on the Internet and off Join The Network Everything Underground's mission since its inception has been community empowerment through service and networking. We believed from the beginning that there were resources and personalities in many neighborhoods that either weren't being tapped into or people didn't recognize existed. EU's goal remains to enhance the platform that brings these groups, businesses and organizations together. We create and grow the network together with like-minded professionals, locally, regionally, nationally and even internationally.

There are many people throughout society with good ideas who lack the contacts, resources, or direction to turn them into a productive reality. Everything Underground launched The Trailblazer Awards in 2015. The Boss Up Conference launched in 2017. This Empowerment meeting of the minds is to give network members and stakeholders a chance to meet those who can provide the knowledge to achieve their goals. Our events serve as premier features for EU Network Members. EU's team is consistently adding features and events to benefit our members.
