This is exciting! This piece has sold at the Art of the Emerging Artists exhibit! This is the first exhibit I’ve done and the first canvassed piece I’ve sold. I’m incredibly grateful to the buyer. Means so much.

I had the opportunity to meet some incredibly talented individuals tonight at the Art of the Emerging Artists exhibit. One of which is Aleasha Morris Art! These are the works that she included for the exhibit! Absolutely stunning! If you are able, please give her a follow! And thank you Fishers Arts Council for selecting SweetArt Fluids as one of the artists to participate among such talented artists.

So I am the worst with checking my mail if I’m not expecting something. But today something told me to just look in the mailbox. I’m so happy I did. It was a sample of TLP pigment! I received the new “Bird of Paradise” pigment. It is a stunning color and I can’t wait to see how it looks in my next cloud pour! Thank you Fluid Art Co. this will be used to creat some beautiful pieces! I’m never selected for these kinds of things so I am very grateful!

So I did a thing on Friday. I bought some large canvases! 2 20x48, 2 16x40, and 1 36x36. You may be asking why this is post worthy. Well, a couple of reasons. 1, I am absolutely terrible with measurements. So I thought it funny that I thought these canvases were actually much smaller than they are. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I can’t even begin to imagine how much paint they are going to need. They also don’t fit on my table either. 😂 2, I’m really excited about them. I pretty much stocked up during Michaels 70% off sale. These are the larger canvases that I picked up. The rest (much smaller) should be delivered at some point today. 🤞🏾 It’ll be a real long time before I have the courage to tackle these larger ones.
