Some wholesome halftime stuff and a peak behind the curtain. My wonderful son Rory is autistic. He does, however, understand that his Dad loves football. So, during halftime of the Minnesota Vikings game, I set out to teach him how to throw a football. Looks like we have a new regular activity to perfect.

ICYMI: There was some Twitter controversy over the weekend with us over the Desman Stephens hit on Dante Moore than took place during the Oregon @ USC game this past Saturday.

Needless to say, we had a split audience on the topic, with about half saying the hit was malicious and dirty and the other half saying it was the fault of Dante Moore for the late slide but, nonetheless, Scott’s take on it went a little viral across social media.

We’ll be addressing the Stephens/Moore situation and, never one to shy away from controversy or mince words, you’ll be hearing from Scott himself, live on Friday night as we jump into the news, scores, predictions, and our rookie rankings around the NFL after a wild week 3.

Tonight’s picks for Packers versus Falcons on Thursday Night Football

Scott: “Michael Penix is gonna be back tonight and you’re gonna see him hyper-target Drake London against a very questionable Packers secondary. That said, it’s not gonna be enough, now that the Packers have finally managed to close out a game versus the Jets. The Falcons defense isn’t very good either. Give me Green Bay in this one, but it’ll be closer than you expect”

Alex: “Packers all day, but I’m on the opposite end of Scott. This one isn’t gonna even be close. Packers are about to deliver a beat down to Atlanta.”

Boots: “You know I love Michael Penix but now he’s gonna have to show the world that he can stay healthy and that he’s the guy in Atlanta. So, this time around, it’s gonna be about 🎶 LOVE!! OH LOVE!! 🎶 Jordan Love and the Packers are gonna take this one. Give me Green Bay.”

Picks for tonight’s Thursday Night Football Game:

Scott: Running QB in Josh Allen, James Cook to have a bounce back game. Lions can’t handle either one. Gimme the Bills, 30-20.

Alex: After that Week 1 performance by the Lions, I’m gonna say that the Bills win, and huge! Buffalo has the better defense. And the Lions can’t stop a nosebleed. Give me Buffalo.

Boots: Josh Allen is a monster and after the performance they put on last week versus a great Houston defense? Give me the Bills.
