Well, if it hadn't been for Pastor Jamal Bryant collectively organizing all of us together, there would be no Target boycott, or at least not in my opinion. Regardless, let’s not distract from the success of our “togetherness.”
Anyhow, according to right-wing media outlet The Christian Post, Dr. Jamal Bryant is urging supporters to launch a mass electronic protest—using calls, emails, and social media—to pressure Dollar General into reinstating and strengthening its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Recognizing that many rely on Dollar General as their only source of fresh food, Bryant is advocating for action that won’t harm vulnerable communities but will push for real corporate change.
