We have been reading a few “moments” every night before bed. This was such an educational,and beautifully illustrated book. 10/10 definitely recommend! We look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series

Busy day building a new (temporary) run. Maybe it’s time to add a few more chickens 🤔

•Eggs (from Vise Branch Homestead ) : LOADED with protein,and choline for brain health.
• Orange Bell Pepper: Enormous amounts of Vitamin C (more than double the amount of oranges)!
• Potatoes: Potassium and complex energy to keep the "hangry" away until lunch.
• Shallots & American Cheese: For that savory depth and a little bit of calcium.
