Betrayal from the people we work for is one of the deepest wounds a person can feel. We show up every day, not just to earn a paycheck, but to give a part of ourselves our time, our energy, and our hearts. We stay loyal, push through challenges, and sometimes even sacrifice pieces of our own lives just to keep things going.
