Finding Integration: Without a tangible definition for "Service Integration" in the American Job Center, the Workforce Innovation and Technical Assistance Center (WINTAC) team endeavors to find out how different centers define it. The journey takes them to Creston, Iowa; Covington, Kentucky; and Woodbridge, Virginia, where, with the help of an intrepid videographer, best practices and innovative customer service flow are captured to share with our partners in the field, both leadership and staff.
