A little clarity on the 3A unfounded mandate. The “unfunded” piece means the local tax payers are on the hook for ALL infrastructure costs, from police, fire to schools to water - power. Our Select Board must file an exemption with the courts. We have no recourse if the Boomers push this through at Town Meeting!
