Renovating to sell, trying to appeal to the masses. Counters are the bright white (no other white option unfortunately), flooring is the bottom, black handles, thoughts in quartz? I do love option 3 as I think it ties into the warmth of the flooring and rest of the house, but worried it clashes with the coolness of the cabinets?
