The pro-am Examiner went out of business in 2016, but I can report that the Bernie or Bust gang (Revolt Against Plutocracy) is at it again attempting to use electoral leverage to save the world from climate change. The group is gathering voter pledges to support only what they call climate preservation candidates for the White House in 2020. Their slogan and strategy is called . http://climateorbust.us

There is no spoiler. Its just the machine’s fear of democracy. Spoiler arguments are part of an interlocking set of social control discourses that too-often govern our thoughts and actions regarding elections and representational democracy.

In the early time with Examiner, I covered Beck pretty exclusively. Beck's legal team used every trick in the book to delay and obfuscate for the past 3 years. They finally settled the day before the judge was going to fine and/or send Beck and his cohorts to jail for refusing to comply with the court's order to reveal 2 sources who fed Beck his errant information.

Beck settled on the 13th of September for an undisclosed amount without admitting any guilt. However, on the 15th his idiotic cohort Pat Gray posted on his FB page that they're dying to tell their side of the story soon and urged his readers to "stay tuned." The liars just can't admit they were wrong. I hope Abdul was fairly compensated for all the misery they inflicted on him.

Examiner went out of business this year.

No dollar amount was revealed in the libel case.
