Literally, prayer changes things 😮‍💨

Brain scans are confirming what believers have known for generations. Regular prayer can physically reshape and rewire the brain. 🧠🙏🏾

Researchers noticed that people who prayed consistently showed increased activity in the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain connected to focus, discipline, and decision-making. At the same time, the amygdala, the area linked to fear and stress became less reactive.

Over time, prayer began changing how people responded to anxiety, pressure, and emotional triggers. The brain adapts to what we repeatedly return to. Which means peace can become natural, focus can become stronger, and the mind can be transformed through daily time with God.

Less than a week after being waived by the Chicago Bulls, Jaden Ivey took his message to the streets of Chicago, openly preaching about his Christian faith.

In a viral video, Ivey declared, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God,” as he shared the Gospel publicly. His release came after he criticized the NBA’s promotion of Pride Month, calling it “unrighteousness,” and later questioned the team’s reasoning, asking, “How is it conduct detrimental to the team?”

Ivey pushed back strongly against the decision, saying, “They’re lying… All I’m preaching about is Jesus Christ, and they waived me,” while supporters praised him for standing firm, with some saying he “chose Jesus over the league.”

Tyrese got the songs so he won IMO; they could’ve been placed in the set a little better for a smoother flow, the background singers sucked a little if you ask me you can tell they didn’t rehearse with him 🤷🏾‍♀️ and the sound people could’ve listened to what he wanted to give him a better sound..Tank seemed a little more prepared true enough and he had strength in the number of people he brought out but tbh I don’t like how he didn’t let Tyrese close out when he opened and Tyrese let him get the last five minutes of one of his sets.
