How many VH-140c fans out there?

From Dying Fetus to Shattered Realm every band in every heavy scene has had a few of these roaming around. One of the greatest solid state amps of the 90s that’s always apart of the conversation.

Here’s my first try on one im building for and future endeavors on vero board 15v.

Absolutely insane pcb project. Kudos you’re Absolutley mad with the CAD Rob 💯

6 hours of soldering, at-least 100 different components, all THT and STILL fits in a 1590b.

It’s quickly becoming my new favorite chorus; giving the sound of “Lofi warped vinyl/old tape” to whatever you can plug into it.

STOMP ME DADDY (Boss CE-2 w/ burr brown opa2134 op amp mod)

Bit pricey but I always found the Burr Brown Opa2134 to be an amazing HD op amp for getting beautiful rich clean tones with power behind it. Works amazing as a swap for 4558 or Tl072s (you may want to stick to these when it comes to fuzz!) I currently use them in the GOLD side of the Champange of Drives.

STOCKHOLM build for my personal collection. Little rough around the edges on the pull but all good for the SWEDISH CHAINSAW. Keeping the DIY build it yourself lifestyle alive with the logo.

I made em all and they all rule 💯 go build yourself one, it’s a fun and rewarding project.

Shout out to for making the sickest prototyping pcbs. Their “Mighty Fuzz Explorer” is an unbelievably powerful tool for those of us making boutique fuzzes, letting you quickly swap and bias transistors to be able to “feel” how they’ll work before putting them into your turret/vero/tag boards! Also lets you swap between fuzz face and tone bender MK2 circuits.
