✅ Where 6.4 HEMI shines over 5.7
• Power & acceleration: Much stronger acceleration, stronger mid-range and top-end performance. Great for performance cars (e.g. muscle cars) or heavy hauling/towing. 
• Towing / heavy-duty performance: Its extra torque and stronger internals make it a better fit when you want real towing/heavy workload (or aggressive driving). 
• Aftermarket & upgrade potential: Because of beefier internals (depending on variant), 6.4 tends to support more aggressive builds and higher output with mods than a stock 5.7. 

✅ Where 5.7 HEMI still holds value over 6.4
• Balanced daily driver / versatility — It’s often good enough for everyday driving, commuting, moderate towing. For many users, the 5.7’s “plenty of power + easier maintenance + better fuel economy” combo is enough. 
• Cost / ownership economy — In many cases, the 5.7 is cheaper (initial, fuel, maintenance) than a 6.4 — especially if you don’t need 6.4’s extra power.
