My buddy Giancarlo Bertozzi is featured on this podcast. Gian is responsible for luring me from Cali to Jax Beach 🏖️ where I live now. He is also a super regular at DOS (Duval Ocean Swimmers) Duval Ocean Swimmers - DOS, swimming almost every day from Jax Pier. Plus, I’ll be part of his Catalina Channel Crossing Marathon Swim this fall. 23 miles at night from Catalina Island to Los Angeles county. I attempted it a few years ago solo. It is tougher than the English Channel for many. I successfully crossed with Merpeople 🧜♂️ 🧜♀️ 🧜 double tandem relay as a stand in invited by Katherine Horvath.
