A women who is everything.
And her children are her everything.

A woman whose beauty is matched that of a queen.
Her strength can rival a professional boxer.
Her heart will show kindness to everyone.
This is my mother.

I see this day like any other,

My advocate, fighting for what is right
The guardian, always watching over me
The caretaker, making sure am well

What am I to her though?
In her eyes?
Her joy and pride
Her love and anger
Her blessing and burden

I am her son,
That’s who I am
