This is my last day of being 35 years old and I want to thank everyone for being apart of my journey, whether it was good or bad, all I can say is I love you and thank you for showing me how to love myself. The healing I’ve pushed through in my life has created a new version of me that I feel like was trying to come out the entire time I’ve been alive. I’m recording a brand new song I wrote called, “Ashes”, next month and it’s also kind of a staple to my own existence as an artist; I’ve brewed this track for decades. I wish you all well this week and onwards! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m currently working on lyrics on this new Rock track and typically I would share at least the hook, but I’m going to leave it for the track 🔥 all I have to say is this is about self-love. This is a dream come true to write something like this and I’m thrilled to have it almost ready for recording within a week. Maybe after this I’ll finally write posts about my spiritual and physical journey since 2020.

She’s that beautiful woman with the rollin voice of thunder and fighting adversity for being a black woman in a pop-rock world. She helped me develop my own voice as well as many other voices in the world. Not just in music but as a strong and loving woman. My mother raised me on Tina and I watched ALL of her movies and docs and her live performances. She will always be my hero. Sleep well and come back, Thunderdome Queen. ❤️🫂🔥you ARE the thunder.
