๐๐ฅง Refreshing Lemonade Pie
๐ Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Crust:
10 whole graham crackers ๐ช
1 tablespoon light brown sugar ๐ฏ
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted ๐ง
Lemonade Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened ๐ง
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk ๐ฅ
1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed ๐
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed โ๏ธ
๐ Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Crust: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with light brown sugar and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling. ๐ช๐ง
2๏ธโฃ Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat until well combined.
