Castaways Vintage to Modern is a store with personality. Jason bought a traditional vintage store and has alchemized his vision into a cool store with a high vibe created by the beautiful items and the intersting individuals that work and hang there. His vision is to grow a place where community builds for everyone. A cafe and a podcast/music studio are projected, but every Wednesday they are open for activities like open mics and music jamming. The record store is curated and hosted by/with the legendary David Luckin.
A visit today filled my heart with joy, stimulated my mind and replenished my soul.

Lisa makes products with only natural ingredients, soy and wax and natural essential oils. Everything is hand made with love. She makes soaps, waxmelts, body lotions, candles...you name it!

Holly has a small family farm in Georgia, from where she brings her organic produce to sell in her city, Jacksonville. She developed breast cancer when she was 41, and realized that the food she was eating was not helping. Through her illness she realized her life purpose is to teach people that "We are what we eat" and how it is affecting our health. She is at the Ortega Village Market every other Sunday!

Abigail is an air and space engineer by trade, she was working with Jet Blue for the last 13 years. When she was told she needed to move to NY to further her career, she decided to stay and took a year's sabbatical. In the meantime her significant other encouraged her to develop a business from her passion and joy, baking traditional filipino desserts. It has been 3 months since she officially inaugurated her business Sophia Dolce!!! And btw, the little basket is included when you buy her delicious treats!
