The left's master plan was simple: eight years of Obama followed by eight years of Hillary, and America would be so far gone into socialism that recovery would be impossible. Permanent government expansion, cultural chaos, open borders, and the systematic silencing of dissent — that was the endgame.

Sixteen unbroken years of radical transformation would have erased everything that made America exceptional. Individual liberty replaced by dependency. Constitutional limits replaced by state control. A free nation replaced by something unrecognizable.
