For those of you who do not know, loperamide is recently one of the drugs under strict regulations now. "Isn't it just used for diarrhea?" That's what most of us would say as pharmacy students, but it actually has been used for a lot more in the recent years than just for anit-diarheal purposes. This has led the FDA to crack down on specific regulations for this well-know drug.
