Coming This October at Lotus 🍂💜

We’re excited to welcome two special 8-week programs with Karen Hansen, designed to help you move with greater confidence, understanding, and intention.

🦴 STRONG BONES — Bone Health Program
A 45-minute weekly class focused on strength, balance, proper form, resistance training, pelvic floor work, and safe progressive impact training.

🧘‍♀️ BEGINNING YOGA — Sun Salutation Foundations
A 90-minute weekly class that takes a full 8 weeks to explore and learn the components of the Sun Salutation—alignment, breathing, modifications, transitions, and how the movements connect.

Both programs will be limited to just 12 participants so Karen can provide individualized attention and guidance.
