Experimenting at Gunlock Falls
Paul Gedge, a frequent user of KLOVER MiKs, clamped an iPhone under the MiK 16 and recorded the spillway’s roar at Gunlock Reservoir, which never sounded so alive.�From splashing impacts to subtle shifts in audio as the dish panned and focused, the directional response was fascinating.

Even amid the chaos, he could isolate water textures and human voices. The wind cover held up like a champ, working great in the following ways:

1. reducing / eliminating impact of wind on capsule
2. protecting microphone from weather elements
3. protecting dish interior from weather elements
4. reducing risks to dish during sudden storm event�
