Bottom line, up front: In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

These people still haven't learned that I'm not the one to play with. I am beyond tired of hearing and seeing these cleverly worded accusations that any of us that shared PUBLIC RECORDS and explained documented facts so that the people could understand what was happening and what their elected sheriff and his cronies were up to, did so because we were paid or motivated by anything other than dispelling the same old crap that Walker County citizens have been fed for decades. I've posted on here plenty of times, WITH PROOF, that I don't make money doing this. So has Secrets True Crime Podcast, KimmieKitten True Crime, and others. But they persist in pushing this narrative, even now that the public has made it clear that they don't want Nick Smith's worthless ass in office anymore (too bad the people can't vote on that APOST certification he still holds, too).

So here you go. Jennifer Lee Timmons is the host of Charles Bishop's radio show on Country Legends 88.5. I'm tagging them so they get to see this, AND so the common folk know that I haven't blocked them. I can't tag ol' Chuck though because he has "mentioning disabled." I'm not shocked about that...he likes to talk smack and make threats but won't respond or engage with anyone that's not afraid or in awe of him, and I'm neither of those. I want you all to understand that these links aren't accidental. Bishop has been fighting for Nick Smith (and others. Yes I know) in politics for years. I don't think it's an accident at all that the Walker County Commission basically cut Jim Underwood off in 2017-2018...when Charles Bishop's brother was the chairman, just like I don't think it's a coincidence that as soon as Nick was elected, the same county commission gave him all the latitude in the world to do things his way. Problem is, Nick's a spoiled brat, and when you give him an inch, he wants a mile. And when the Bishop family lost control of the county commission, guess what stopped? Nick Smith's free pass at money and accountability. Now do you understand why Charles shook the dust off his crusty ass and ran for the commission himself in 2024? Of course, he lost that race too. See, there are key elected positions that if you control the majority of them, either through power, influence, money, or blackmail, things in the county will be just the way you want. In this case, just the way Charles Bishop wants them. You know, like getting your old legal pal that got in trouble and ended up in the Walker County jail released early "for his health." Yep, one of Nick Smith's first moves was writing a very passionate letter to the court to get Garve Ivey, Jr. released...made it sound like he was knocking on death's door. He's still around though. Seems to me like he could have done the time he owed. At least he got disbarred. BTW, that's the same Garve Ivey that represented Earl Lawson when he fought to have Carrie Lawson declared dead by the court just two years later (and the process started well before that). Guess who I'm told attended nearly every press conference about Carrie Lawson's kidnapping, and asked more questions that even the press? Charles Bishop.

That's all circumstantial though. Doesn't prove anything, and there's only one point I'm suggesting by mentioning it: the SAME damn names show up in every one of the Walker County horror stories you all know. Some of the actors change, but if you dig deep enough, you keep finding the same names. They are friends. They are business partners. They are investment associates. They are clients of each other. And they keep reappearing. And they use the same tactics, too, over and over. Just like I told you all was going to happen in this sheriff election--the Bishop strategy has always been to put some extra fluff on the ballot when needed, and then make sure the fluff backs out at the last minute, thereby letting Bishop's favored candidate need less of a margin to win. Thankfully, it didn't work this time because the people had enough of Nick Smith's god-complex.

Now let's look at Chuck's little radio show. They are very clear on the show, for legal reason, to point out that it is a paid program and doesn't reflect the position of the radio station or the non-profit that owns it. But outside of that little legal formality, you'd never know it's just a megaphone for Bishop's dried up ass. They even talk about being "fair," and wanting to give all sides a voice and a forum where ideas and information can be exchanged and talked about without bias. But that's bull. That show is an echo chamber for the same Charles Bishop that's been pulling the strings of Walker County for decades. I'm attaching proof of that double talk too....you'll see that I messaged the station directly and offered to take them up on their offer...or more like call them out on their fake showing of being unbiased or putting all the facts out there for the people to judge and decide for themselves. Not a word back from them. Not even a "no thanks." That's the same response I've gotten back from Charles Bishop himself, after he threatened to "dig into me when I was in diapers" and let the people know all the skeletons in my closet. I publicly told him to do it. Go for it. Knock yourself out. But I knew it was an empty threat. I think my last speeding ticket in Alabama was in 1991 and I'm not sure it even shows up in AlaCourt; I got dinged by a speed camera on the ramp from BW Parkway to I495 in DC about 15 years ago too. Maybe Bishop wants you all to know that I have a lead foot. Well I did drive a fire truck, an ambulance, and a police car at various times in my life, so...

See, these people want the average person--the general population--to believe that us "naysayers" are motivated by riches and fame. They love spreading just enough to make people wonder if we are doing this stuff for personal gain (or personal reasons....they've even alleged that some of us have criminal records), but they are careful to stop short of anything that would clearly amount to defamation. Yet they absolutely won't allow us an opportunity to defend ourselves on the very platforms that they are using to spread that crap. Amber's been telling you all for YEARS that what is done in darkness eventually comes to light. That's what we did. We turned on the light, and showed you all the cockroaches. Nobody paid us. Nobody really asked us, save Tobbie Stover wanting justice for her murdered son (that some of these same names apparently never wanted to be solved). Problem is, we ain't walking into a dark room we've never been in with crunchy stuff under our feet without turning on the light. So we showed it to you.

And it worked.

Pay attention to the ones that are butthurt over that.

Walker County did it! Congratulations to Jason Akins, the next Sheriff of Walker County. I know we are all looking forward to seeing real change and actual leadership in the department come January.

Great work to all involved!

Great work to all involved!

MIDLAND CITY, Al- Just before 1pm the Dothan Police Department contacted DCSO with information on the possible location of a armed murder suspect wanted out of Lowndes County who was possibly inside an apartment complex in the 3000 Blk of Mance Newton Road in Midland City.

DCSO deputies along with Dothan Police, Houston County Sheriff's Office as well as members of the US Marshal's Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force quickly formed a perimeter and secured the apartment complex. DCSO and Dothan Police Department Special Response Teams were called in and began evacuating the residents in the nearby apartments.

At approximately 3:20PM the suspect, Quintay Savage, responded to the verbal commands from deputies and exited the apartment where he was taken into custody without incident.

The safe outcome was a result of the collaborative efforts of the Dale County Sheriff's Office, Dothan Police Department, Houston County Sheriff's Office, ALEA, Lowndes County Sheriff's Office, Midland City Police, United States Marshal's Service and Echo Fire and Rescue.

The investigation remains active and any additional information regarding this incident should be directed to the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office.
