🚫 Illegal Dumping on Old Colony Road 🚫

The Jefferson Police Department has received reports of recent illegal dumping along Old Colony Road. This type of activity is not only unsightly—it’s against the law and poses health and environmental hazards to our community.

We want to remind everyone that illegal dumping is a violation of state and local laws. Offenders can face fines and possible criminal charges.

The Jefferson Police Department is taking a zero-tolerance approach to illegal dumping. We will investigate and pursue enforcement action against anyone found responsible. City owned detection cameras are being deployed to this location and other areas known for illegal dumping inside of the city.

We encourage all residents to do their part in keeping our community clean, safe, and beautiful.
