Let’s be honest, “being the change” isn’t always easy. It means speaking up when it's uncomfortable. It means staying grounded when things feel unstable. And sometimes, it means being the only one trying to make it better.

But it’s worth it.

Change doesn’t start with a big speech or a trending hashtag. It starts with you doing the work, choosing kindness, showing up differently, and leading by example, even when it’s hard.

If you’re out there pushing for progress, trying to make work feel more human, or just getting through the day with your head held high, you’re already the change.

✨ Once upon a time… there was a little girl who loved stories.

That girl? Yep, it was me. 😉

She grew up, turned that love into a passion, and eventually launched Enthusiastically Consulting to help others tell their stories with purpose, power, and a whole lot of personality.

Then something magical happened… I met AI!

Suddenly, storytelling had a powerful sidekick: speed, creativity, and imagination on demand!

I created this video in Canva in just 5 minutes (with an additional 5 minutes to add the text magic). It’s a reminder that if you can dream it, you can create it. AND imagine what you can do if you have more than 5 minutes! I was just testing out their new video capabilities, but I thought it would be fun to share a raw start. (I wish I still looked that young!)

This question comes up a lot lately: “Is using AI okay? Isn’t it cheating?” Keep reading for a prompt idea you can use today!

Let’s talk about THAT.

Using AI ethically isn’t about pretending the work is 100% your own. It’s about using innovative tools to SUPPORT your thinking, not REPLACE it.

You don’t lose your voice by using AI. Think of it this way: you gain clarity and have more time to express yourself more effectively.

The key is to lead with intent and TRANSPARENCY.
I still edit, personalize, and adjust every AI-assisted piece of content. How else can I get those good stories in there?! ;)

Here’s a prompt that reflects that balance:
💬 Prompt to try:
“Help me outline a blog post on team communication. I want it to sound professional and encouraging, but I’ll be editing it in my own voice. Ask me any questions you need to complete this task."

You don’t even need to know what “machine learning” means.

Here’s the truth: If you can type a question into Google or if you can shop on Amazon, you can use AI! (And most importantly, if I can learn AI at my age, there's no stopping you!)

It’s not about complicated code or advanced tools, it’s about having a conversation with a tool that’s built to respond like a helpful assistant.

Here’s a super simple place to start:

💬 Prompt to try:
“Can you help me rewrite this email in a friendlier tone?”
(Type in your email draft, hit send, and boom—you’ve got options.)

Start there. You’re not behind. You’re learning... and that’s enthusiastically POWERFUL.

You tried AI and then ...it gave you something… let’s say, robotic. 🫣

AI isn’t always meant to get it perfect on the first try: it’s meant to help you start faster and refine smarter.

Let AI know this isn't your style, and then give it specifics. "I need this to be more ... (fun), (poetic), (snazzy), (positive), (professional)."

OR, my FAVORITE trick:

Tell AI to ask YOU questions to improve your text. Type this: "What do you need to know about me to make this response more positive?"

💠 Let’s be honest, AI sounds EXCITING... until you open the app and stare at the blinking cursor. (Been there!)

I’ve had numerous conversations lately that start with, “I want to try AI, but I don’t even know where to begin.” And you know what? That hesitation is completely normal.

The good news? You don’t need to start big. You don’t even need to start “right.” You just need to start small.

✨ AI doesn’t need you to be an expert. It just needs you to be willing to explore.
