YOU GUYS. This cat... thiiiiis caaaat decided to bring a LIVE SNAKE into the house.

A SNAKEEEEE.

I was on the phone with my sister in law when I saw it so Im sure she is now deafffff because the way I started screaming.... 🤣🤣 and running! Because YES, you damn well bet I RAN AWAY. I got on our couch faster than you could blink!! In fact, Im pretty sure I FLEW. Legit flew as MY SOUL LEFT MY BODY.

And Buddy doesnt even look one bit sorry. 😂

The only other time this happened, the snake was at least dead. BUT NOT THIS TIME. It was very much alive and movinggggg which LITERALLY had me trying to climb up our curtains to get even further away.

My husband grabbed it and tossed it over the fence so yes, the snake lives to see another day.

Meanwhile, MY SOUL EXITED MY BODY and never returned, but okay. 🤣🤣🤣

I came across a video on Instagram just now of a woman sharing that *everything* in her farmstand had been stolen, including her cash box. 😭

And then I realized she was in TWIN FALLS, IDAHO. Twiiiinnn Falllls. 😭💔

How awful, guys. Come on. We can do better than this.

But honestly, seeing that video also made me stop for a moment and say a little extra prayer thanking God for always watching over us and protecting our little farmstand. 🙏🏼 And a HUGE thank you to our customers for always being honest and trustworthy. We have been SO incredibly blessed in this way.

We did finally put cameras in the stand after so many of you suggested it, and we also nailed our cash box to the wall. But at the end of the day, I suppose a dishonest person will always find a way to cheat. There’s only so much we can do.

What I do want you to know, though, is this:

If you ever need eggs or bread to feed yourself or your family, or if you’re sick and need an herbal remedy but simply can’t afford to pay for it, please message me. 🩷

It has happened before, and there is truly ZERO judgment here. If I am able to help, I always will.

We are a community. We should look out for one another, help one another, and stick together.

So, Jerome…thank you. Thank you for always treating our little farmstand with kindness, for supporting our family, and for reminding us that there are still so many good, honest people out there. 🥹🩷

Our stickers for the Fall Farm Stand Trail came in the mail today so of course I had my husband send me a picture like my life depended on it. 😂 Aren't they cuuuute? 🧙‍♀️

Some of you asked my hubby today for the passport but we haven't printed them out yet. 🙈 Oops! We will have some set out in the stand starting Tuesday, all the way through Saturday!

So how it works: Next Saturday, October 10th, when you stop by our Farmstand be sure to grab your sticker and put it on your passport right next to our info to check off that you made it here. Easy! (Example included below 😂) Once you have all your stamps and stickers, you take a picture of your passport and you send it via message to Twin Acres Farm. 🤠

Come on over for cinnamon rolls, no bake chocolate and peanut butter cookies, fresh eggs, and your favorite apothecary items. Don't forget we also have free books available on the bookshelf.

‼️ OCTOBER 10th 👉 FULL RESTOCK of herbal remedies and canned goodies! You can either come over to our farmstand and participate in the Fall Farmstand Trail happening that day OR you can come see us at the Jerome Farmers Market Harry Potter event at Moss Greenhouses.

I get back to Idaho on Monday and I will be working hard on restocking alllll the thingggssss for that day.

Great news! Our farmstand will be open again this weekend.

Approximately 8 dozen eggs, cinnamon rolls with pumpkin spice glaze, and no-bake chocolate & peanut butter cookies...all done by my amazing husband. 🥹
