Just pressed all the logos on my preorders, but I do a couple shirts left in sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL, and 2XL if anyone wants to be a walking billboard for the podcast. The pictures makes them look more shiny than they are, the color is Frost black and they seem to be about true to size or slightly bigger. 25🦌 a shirt. My friend from stop by the podcast and we had a hell of a talk. The man is truly of a Dawg Mentality, also strong and humble, while constantly dedicating his life to his family, his community, his craft, and his beliefs. Take a quick hour and a half ride with us. Got to spend some time on the mics with my old friend Rodney Baker, and talk a little about his dog mentality, community service, fatherhood, health, autism, hustling, and shouting out some old friends. This episode hits a little different and I highly recommend getting in there and giving it a listen. Phil came through and was just honest as hell, and it made for an intense and great conversation.

Still sticks out to me, just how early he almost "self diagnosed" for Mental Health Issues.

Yes, it is a 2 and a half hour episode, but after that first 55 minutes the conversation gets very powerful. It is all worth a listen, but if you ever question your own mental health or are surrounded by folks who struggle, you can relate and take something from this. My friend is the man for coming on and being open and honest. Meant the world to me spending that 3 hours with him.

Finally made it out to and I was not disappointed. The Sub4 DIPA was pretty impressive. The XPA was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect in a Sunday. Also smelled some of the little pizzas floating around, gettin one next time when we actually have time. Place might turn into a go to for us.

Who wants a comfy Long Sleeve Shirt!? This is for real now, the shirts will be black District Brand Triblend Long sleeve shirts, they are comfortable and fit great. They will be $25. What i need is for everyone who wants one to just go into this google form and fill out the info so i can get a good idea of how many shirts and transfers i need to order. Please fill it out by Monday so i can order and get these made and in your hands quick. Once you fill out the form i will be reaching out to you all about payments. I dont want to charge anyone until i have shirts printed.
