Ok, we have been asking customers and friends what else they would like to see us offer in an effort to better supply what people are looking for. As of this week, we will be stocking a broader selection of routers, we will also be stocking more smart home devices, wifi extenders, bluetooth speakers, bluetooth smart watch's, wifi app controlled garage door systems to open and close your garage door from anywhere, and several other items. We will continue to expand our offerings. We are also looking into several other of the idea's and will continue to evaluate and add them to what we offer. Most of our new product will be here Wednesday or Thursday of this week. So please stop in and shop. After all, that is why we are adding these things.

Question for everyone. I am considering expanding my business by stocking more electronic devices. I am not sure what to stock. I have a history with car audio, cellular, ect. I currently specialize in rural internet (non satellite) but would like to increase foot traffic. What would everyone like to see? Keep in mind, this could cost me a fortune, so it needs to be something people including yourselves will actually buy. Any idea's are appreciated.

Just a heads up to our customers using ATT service through us. ATT has started requiring new devices on several accounts to keep them active. This means existing customers may drop service and be required to purchase a new box to restore the service. We apologize for this, but it is out of our control. This is a ATT thing, not us. If this happens, we will contact you. It has already happened to several of our customers, and each day we are notified of a few more. Anyone using Netgear or Mikrotik devices are safe. Customers using ZTE, ReadyNet, Teltonika, or many other brands in time will be required to purchase new. The time for each customer's update is not known until they take the account down. I wish we had some advance notice, but we do not. We are working with customers on new device purchases to keep cost down as much as possible.

Ok, so all issues seem to be resolved with the provider and we are currently taking new subscribers again. Plans have changed, but unlimited is still available. Our unthrottled ATT plan will go away on July 1st, but anyone already on it will be grandfathered in. We are launching a LTE service using Verizon towers in the next couple of weeks. Heads up to our customers that are on the packages with the 1000gig limits. The provider has lowered the limits to 400gigs without notifying us until today. This limit is supposed to be temporary and go back up to 1000gigs in a few months as more people go back to work and school. This was done to try and relieve system congestion. This does not affect the customers that are on the newer 12mg speed throttled plan, only the unthrottled plans are affected. We are trying to obtain more detail as to what cycle they track data on since it is different than the customers billing cycle. This only affects our customers using ATT towers. The customers using T Mobile towers are not affected.

Ok, so while we still have a few accounts that ATT is working on getting fixed, the majority of issues have been resolved. We have had several customers call or stop in asking when their account will be fixed, However, they never let us know it was down. This was because of us posting about issues and they assumed we knew their accounts were down as well. This is not the case. If your account is NOT working, we don't know until you let us know. So please, let us know asap so we can get it fixed. Thank you to all of our customers and sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Moving forward, things should go back to normal with very minimal service interruptions.

We are aware of sporadic outages that are causing accounts to go down. Each day they have more going down. This is being caused by software issues on ATT's side. They are working to get everyone restored, however each account has to be manually fixed. Unfortunately some fixes may take awhile. We are hoping for much faster fixes, but we have not been given a timeframe.

We still do not have a given timeline for all accounts to be restored. We have however started seeing some accounts start working again late last night and this morning. Although we still do not have a timeframe for service for all to be restored, this is the only recent update we have been given.

"We have been working with AT&T on this since we received the first reports of lines going down around 14:00 PST Wednesday, AT&T has informed us that some lines have started resuming service."

We apoligize for the huge inconvience this had caused our customers that have been affected. No need to call us to ask, we are updating as we get updates. Please do call us though if your account comes back online so we can remove you from our list of non working subscribers.

Heads up for our existing customers. Normally we don't see any customers speeds dropping very often. However, under current Covid-19 usage levels, some of our customers are seeing slower than normal speeds. This is normal under this type of extra usage to put strains on the system. Please be patient, this could last awhile depending on how quickly people can go back to school/work ect. but we are exploring ways to alleviate this the best we can. Most of our users will remain unaffected, but some will likely see slower speeds, especially during peak hours.

I have not posted on here in awhile because we have been so busy with our Hometech WiFi service. It is selling so fast. We are not even advertising it. It's all been word of mouth. I can not thank all of you and my customers enough for that. Due to the Coronavirus, our shipments of equipment are taking longer and some of our equipment pricing has gone up minimally.
