Weather Update: the Jordan Brewers game tonight was forced to be canceled so the Jordan Commercial Club - Brewer’s Appreciation Night Event is postponed. The Commercial Club will be working with the Brewers to find another date for this fun event.

***A big welcome to our new Community Service Officer Sophia Mundy***

We'd like to introduce to everyone the newest member of our department, Community Service Officer Sophia Mundy! Sophia started her employment with our department a week ago Monday. Unlike a Police Officer, a Community Service Officer (CSO) is a non-licensed position.

As our CSO some of Sophia's duties will include responding to noise complaints, City Code violations/complaints, parking complaints, loose/found/missing animal complaints, animal bite incidents, found property, assisting licensed Police Officers with traffic control as necessary, and many other duties that don't necessarily require a licensed Police Officer to handle.

Please say hello to Sophia as you start to see her working throughout the City!
