Haley, Kristen, and Krystal are in the heart of Shipshewana this morning — shooting photos and grabbing a few quick reels for the Yoder family!

If you haven’t tried Yoder’s Meat & Cheese in Shipshewana, you are seriously missing out. When I first sat down with Bob, he said, “Once you’ve had our ribeye steaks, you’ll never get your meat anywhere else.” He wasn’t kidding!

Now no one from the Slick Raven team can order a steak out at dinner or buy from a big-box store — we’ve been completely spoiled. So grateful to have found this place, and even more grateful that they ship our favorite items right to our door all year long. Perfect for when that snow starts flying! ❄️🥩🧀

Elkhart📍The Slick Raven crew flew the coop last week for a content day, and while it looks like we’re documenting a guy caulking a fridge… we promise it’s way "cooler" than that. 😉

Here’s the scoop: a national refrigeration company (yep, they called us all the way from Mississippi) rang us up on Tuesday. The request? Capture an installation happening in three days on Friday. 😅 So we did what Ravens do best. Charged the batteries, cleared the cards, and swooped into Elkhart Indiana to film the delivery and setup of this shiny beast.

It’s not quite finished yet (still needs insulation, fencing, and all the trimmings), but soon it’ll be chillin’ with all the good stuff: turkey gyros, curly fries, buffalo chicken sliders… basically all our guilty pleasures. 🤤

We can’t wait to show you the polished footage once the final touches are in place. Until then, consider this your teaser feather. 🪶

We were honored to be nominated for Women Owned Business of the Year. While we didn’t take home the trophy, we’re thrilled to congratulate Caring Companions Kalamazoo on their well-deserved win! 👏

To celebrate being a finalist, we headed to our favorite Italian Bistro, Comensoli's, for pasta, drinks, and great company. 🍝🍷 Fun fact: Comensoli’s is our longest-standing client, going all the way back to 2013! We’re so grateful for their continued partnership and dedication to us.

Behind the scenes or behind the windows? You decide. 👀✨

When it was time to prep Krystal’s house for a quick trade photo shoot, we did what any resourceful marketing team would do:
✅ Recruited our admin Beth to pretend she owned the house
✅ Let the dog photobomb like it was his big break
✅ Called in Hallman Window Washing to work their magic on the windows, sills, screens, and yes, even the deer mounts 🦌💦

Big thanks to Jamie Hallman and crew for the top-tier window washing, screen scrubbing, sill detailing, and mount dusting (that Elk was so grateful for them ear scratches and vacuum pets). 🙌 It’s amazing to have people in your networking circle that you can trade services with and bounce big ideas off of.
