Fiber is one of the nutrients many kids don’t get enough of, and it plays an important role in digestion, gut health, and helping keep little tummies regular.

The products featured in this post all contain at least 3 grams of fiber per serving, making them easy ways to help boost your child’s fiber intake throughout the day.

A few reminders:
✨ Increase fiber gradually
✨ Offer plenty of fluids alongside higher-fiber foods
✨ Focus on overall patterns, not perfection
