While in Indiana this past weekend for Aloha Market at Cedar Lake Farmers Market I took a quick detour and visited my favorite gummy bear & peach ring producer Albanese Candy- Factory Outlet Store. I’ve always enjoyed their gummy bears & peach rings for how soft and flavorful they are. once I got home at the end of an eventful weekend, I grabbed a ziploc bag, li hing mui powder, and opened my treats. Dumped them into the ziploc, sprinkled some li hing mui powder, mixed it together and wow!!! Just as good as I remember.
