Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!
I have so much gratitude for all of you, thanks for following along even when I've been silent for a while!

I'm hoping to provide a lot more consistent content as we get into the new year! Big things are happening for me and my family and I'm so excited to share it all!

Got up early this morning to start baking sourdough loaves, whip up some cherry delight, and throw our turkey for tomorrow into a brine! 🤤

I feel like I was all over the state today... 😮‍💨😁

Turned in my textbooks for the semester, did a little thrifting at an overpriced thrift store, came across a Thai Con that was destined to come home with me, my son and I brought cupcakes to the third grade class I shadowed this semester to celebrate the end of their state testing, and ended the day eating BLTs with my husband using some of our first farmers market tomatoes and bacon he made on his new flat top grill.

Looking forward to my first Mothers Day this weekend!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Who else threw their corned beef in the crock pot this morning?!

It's Spring Break for me but I have so much to school work to catch up on so I can get ahead before classes start back up next week so I'm thankful for a crock pit dinner tonight!

I can't wait until Jordan is a little older and we can do crafts and make a leprechaun trap! 😁 Do you have any other St Patty's traditions?
