As a retired Olympian, I've had my body composition measured more times than I can count.
But this one felt different.
At 10 months postpartum, I decided it was time to stop guessing and get a real snapshot of where I am in this season. Not to judge myself. Not to compare myself to the athlete I used to be. Just to gather information and create a plan.
Because you can't improve what you don't measure.
In my latest YouTube video, I'm sharing my body fat composition results, my postpartum fitness goals, and what I plan to focus on as I enter this next chapter of my health journey.
