"Coming up to an intersection where one line is a right-turn only and the center lane can turn right or continue straight through the intersection. I saw the other driver driving at 10 under the speed limit with hazard lights on. They were slowing down. That should have clicked in my head that they were going to do something stupid. Near-miss caught on camera in Woodbridge, NJ. Good on cam car for checking on them. You're a good person for that. A lot of people fail to realize this curve is pretty sharp, so I suppose he was driving pretty fast.
