Looking forward to the Frank Schneider Memorial Muskie Tournament next weekend! Got out a few days ago to fish both new and familiar water with some friends, managed to catch a few too.

The highlight was getting a nice one on topwater right where I caught my Musky Battle fish on way back in 2020. Almost the same conditions and even on the same lure (different color). Cool little moment to reflect on how far things have come in the last 6 years, some of you know how shy and awkward I was around that time 😂

New PB coming in at 31 1/2”!

I’ve been spoiled this month for Walleyes, some truly incredible fish have hit the bag! It’s been so fun learning new water and having those epic payoff moments. With August gone, gotta shift the focus to Muskies. Give me the reed bite!

Well, that was convenient😂

Got some scouting in up north for the Frank Schneider Memorial Muskie Tournament the other week and got a few Muskies in the boat! Nothing beats the traditional way of casting; The unknown, the grind and especially the excitement. Consider signing up, this is a great way to support our fisheries and have a good time!!

Absolute freak!

She came in at 12.28 pounds and 30” x 19.5”. It’s been a really long time since I’ve felt the way this fish made me feel. Pure adrenaline and excitement.

I’ve been trying to figure this particular lake out for over a year. Glad I didn’t give up! Video is out on the channel if you want to see it, but now it’s back to the Musky grind.

Such an amazing fish, and I can’t wait to get a replica!

30-30 1/2 photo dump!

Last year I was on the grind all summer for one 30 incher which was also my first 30. Recently, I managed to catch 6 in about a week and a half with 4 of those in just 2 days of fishing. Obviously 2 are missing from this post which I’ll share soon. This was a bite where by the end of the first day I was telling myself “remember this because I dont know if I’ll ever experience anything like this again”. Video out Saturday and you may wanna see the last fish! I love fishing so much, nothing makes me as happy as fishing does!

The first fish to kickstart an unreal bite. If you think I’m annoyingly excited, wait till you hear me say “this might be my biggest walleye ever” on every hook-set after this 😂

Eventually, I did hook one that was the biggest Walleye ever and one I’m not sure I’ll ever beat.
