Milk & Butter Pasta Dough (Rich & Silky)
Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 egg + 1 yolk

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp melted butter

Pinch of salt

How-To
Make a well with the flour, add all wet ingredients. Mix and knead until glossy. Rest the dough, then roll and cut into ribbons.

. Tempeh Nachos with Greek Yogurt Ranch
Tempeh + protein-packed ranch dip = your new favorite plant-based nacho combo.
Ingredients:

4 oz tortilla chips

1/2 cup crumbled tempeh, sautéed with taco spices

1/2 cup white beans

1/3 cup shredded vegan cheese

1/4 cup Greek yogurt + ranch seasoning

Cherry tomatoes, corn, scallions

Instructions:

Cook tempeh with taco seasoning.

Assemble chips with tempeh, beans, cheese. Bake 10 mins.

Mix ranch dip, dollop it on top. Add veggies and enjoy!

Macaron Perfection
Ingredients:

110g powdered sugar

110g almond flour

100g egg whites

30g granulated sugar

Food coloring (optional)

Filling:

115g butter

200g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 tbsp milk

How to:

Sift dry ingredients.

Whip egg whites to soft peaks, then add sugar.

Fold in dry ingredients & color.

Pipe, let rest for 45 minutes.

Bake at 300°F for 18 minutes.

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla & milk for filling.

Pair shells and refrigerate for 24 hrs.

Sesame White Chocolate Honey Cookies
Delicate sesame-studded cookies packed with white chocolate and nutty tahini — your new fave cookie combo!

Ingredients:

1 stick butter (room temp)

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cups AP flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup white chocolate

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Method:

Mix butter, tahini, honey, sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Stir in dry ingredients.

Add white chocolate and 1 tbsp sesame.

Scoop and bake 10–12 min at 350°F. Top with rest of sesame.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups oat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup spinach puree

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

Combine and fold in the veggies.

Spoon into muffin tray and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 sheet pastry dough

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp stevia or sweetener

1 egg wash

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix blueberries, lemon zest, and sweetener.

Spoon into pastry, fold, and seal edges.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake for 15–20 minutes.

Cool and serve.

Ingredients:

6 slices bread

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

4-6 pieces Kinder chocolate

Butter for frying

Powdered sugar

Instructions:

Roll bread with pieces of chocolate inside.

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.

What You Need:

30 fresh shrimp

Dash of salt, sugar, pepper

For Batter:

65g potato starch

30g cornstarch

15g flour

100g egg white

100g oil

25g chilled water

Steps:

Prep shrimp with slits and season.

Mix all batter ingredients until light.

Dip shrimp and deep-fry, ladling oil for puff.

Devour warm!

What You Need:

2 cups crushed Oreos

1/3 cup melted butter

1 pint cookies & cream ice cream

8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

More Oreos to top

How To Make:

Make crust, chill in freezer.

Beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in ice cream.

Pour into crust, freeze until set.

Garnish with crushed Oreos.

Cheesy, Crispy Birria Tacos with Juicy Meat 🧀🥩
Ingredients List:

3 lbs chuck roast

6 guajillo chiles

6 California chiles

3 pasilla ancho chiles

4 árbol chiles

10 garlic cloves

3 Roma tomatoes

1 small onion

Spices: 2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp thyme, 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp black peppercorn

3 tbsp beef bouillon

Salt to taste

3 bay leaves

5 cups water

4 tbsp oil

How to Make It:

Toast chiles and blend with garlic, tomatoes, onion, and spices.

Sear chuck roast and add the prepared sauce and bay leaves.

Slow cook for several hours, until the beef is tender.

Shred the beef and dip tortillas in broth, then grill with cheese.

Serve your tacos with a bowl of warm consomé for dipping.

No-Bake Banana Pudding Bliss ????

A simple yet heavenly dessert with creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and a crunchy finish!

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ cups cold water

1 box vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz)

3 cups whipping cream

1 box (11 oz) Nilla wafers

4 bananas, sliced

Instructions:

Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and pudding mix. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the pudding mixture.

Layer the Nilla wafers, bananas, and pudding in a dish. Repeat the layers and finish with pudding.

Chill for at least 4 hours.

Frozen Strawberry Pudding Bars
Ingredients:

1 pack vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

1 cup strawberries, chopped

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

Mix the pudding and milk and let it set.

Fold in chopped strawberries and honey.

Pour into a tray, top with whipped cream, and freeze for a few hours. Cut into bars!
