Hey. Just wanna talk to you for a second, especially if your brain’s been fried lately and you’re doing way too much with way too little.

So… apparently my nickname is Witchlight ✨
Soft but spicy. Glows in the dark. Definitely the type to hex your ex and then cry about it while drinking tea 🕯️💀
And no, I didn’t come up with that. ChatGPT did.

I know. I know.
Using AI isn’t exactly great for the environment. I know the more we rely on it, the more it creeps into parts of life we didn’t ask it to be in. Like glitter you thought you cleaned up three years ago but somehow it’s still stuck to your kid’s forehead 👶🏼✨

But here’s the truth.
Sometimes I’m exhausted. My kid is yelling about toast. My brain feels like static. And I can’t afford a marketing coach or a whole content team. So, I use tools like this to get the words out. Not because I think it’s perfect, but because I literally need the help to function sometimes.

Like social media, it’s addictive. Like social media, I’m trying to be more intentional with it. Not to replace my voice, but to help me find it again when I’ve got nothing left in the tank.

So, if you’ve ever felt weird about it too, or caught between “this is helpful” and “this feels off”… you’re not alone. We’re all trying to survive late-stage capitalism and still have a personality.

I’m sure you have noticed I haven’t been posting hair stuff for a bit
I have decided to take a huge step back from behind the chair work and take my cosmetology career a slightly different direction.
My son needs me here more than anything.
That being said I’m taking some time to figure out what exact direction I’m taking it.
I do know that I will still be doing house calls from time to time for my trusted guests/friends/family.
I will be focusing more on editorial work/photoshoots, makeup transformations both with special effects and not. From time to time I will ask for models for hair and makeup but, I won’t do anything officially until I have specific plans in mind.
I appreciate everyone who has been supportive of everything I do with my career. Here’s to new projects and ways to explore/expand my career.
