My name is DAVIDA MOORE-SIERAY, and I am the host of the SECURE GOV PODCAST.

This platform is dedicated to opening the door to the GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SPACE for PROFESSIONALS, ENTREPRENEURS, AND SKILLED WORKERS who want to transform their experience into real ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.

My focus is simple and intentional. The SECURE GOV PODCAST exists to BRING MORE PEOPLE INTO GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING.

Across the country, many people are experiencing LAYOFFS or searching for new opportunities. What many people do not realize is that the GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SECTOR NEEDS SKILLED PROFESSIONALS. The knowledge and experience people already have from their careers can often be transformed into SERVICES THAT SUPPORT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

Through the SECURE GOV PODCAST, I help people understand WHICH SKILLS CAN TRANSITION INTO GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING. Professionals from TECHNOLOGY, CYBERSECURITY, ADMINISTRATION, LOGISTICS, HEALTHCARE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS, AND ENGINEERING already possess valuable expertise that can be repositioned within the GOVERNMENT MARKETPLACE.

My goal is to speak directly to professionals who want to MOVE FROM EMPLOYMENT INTO OWNERSHIP by building BUSINESSES THAT CAN PURSUE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS.

A major focus of this platform is COLLABORATION. Many individuals have professional experience while others have TECHNICAL IDEAS OR INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS. I encourage people to CONNECT, COLLABORATE, AND BUILD TOGETHER so they can position themselves within the GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING ECOSYSTEM.

Through this podcast, I also focus on helping people understand the BUSINESS SIDE OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING, including how to THINK LIKE A CONTRACTOR, how to POSITION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, and how to move from HAVING A SKILL TO BUILDING A BUSINESS that can pursue government opportunities.

At its core, the SECURE GOV PODCAST is about ACCESS, EDUCATION, AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT. My goal is to help LAID-OFF PROFESSIONALS, SKILLED WORKERS, AND ENTREPRENEURS recognize that their experience still holds value and that GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING CAN BE A PATHWAY to building something of their own.

My vision is to bring MASS AWARENESS AND MASS PARTICIPATION into the GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SPACE so more professionals can transform their skills into BUSINESSES THAT SUPPORT GOVERNMENT WORK.

SMALL BUSINESSES are the BACKBONE of the ECONOMY. They create JOBS, support LOCAL COMMUNITIES, and bring INNOVATION to life. Yet many entrepreneurs feel they are constantly fighting an uphill battle with REGULATIONS, TAXES, and BUREAUCRACY.

While the GOVERNMENT sets the rules, SMALL BUSINESSES are the ones taking the RISKS, investing their SAVINGS, and working endless hours to build something meaningful.

When POLICIES become too heavy, the people with the biggest DREAMS but the smallest resources often feel the pressure first.

To my GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING COMMUNITY, partners, supporters, and those who have been following my work, I want to speak openly with CLARITY, HONESTY, and INTEGRITY.

I have publicly shared my intention to bring 100 PEOPLE into the GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SPACE, and I want to be very clear that this vision has NOT CHANGED. I remain deeply committed to helping individuals BUILD BUSINESSES FROM SCRATCH, strengthen their foundations, and eventually ENTER THE GOVERNMENT MARKET with confidence, structure, compliance, and long term sustainability. That mission is still alive, still meaningful, and still important to me.

At the same time, I am in a season where my primary responsibility is MY MENTAL HEALTH, EMOTIONAL REGULATION, HEALING, and RECENTERING MYSELF. I am choosing to slow down with intention, not because the vision is gone, but because I respect the weight of responsibility that comes with guiding others. I do not believe in leading from burnout, imbalance, or internal instability. I believe in leading from ALIGNMENT, WHOLENESS, and PRESENCE.

I am not killing my plans. I am not abandoning my ambition. I am not walking away from service. I am simply choosing to TAKE CARE OF ME FIRST, so that when I show up for others, I do so from my HIGHEST POTENTIAL, my clearest mind, and my strongest capacity to truly give back. Anything less would not honor the people I intend to help or the standards I hold myself to.

I also want to acknowledge that I have already done meaningful work. I built a SOLID WEBSITE that reflects the foundation of what is coming next, and that work still stands.

Anyone who feels called to explore it independently is welcome to do so. There is no pressure, no obligation, and no urgency. If you prefer to wait until I am fully HEALED, CENTERED, and ready to speak more deeply and consistently about the program, the vision, and the pathway forward, that is completely respected as well.
For now, I am choosing QUIET STABILIZATION, INTEGRATION, and SELF CARE. I am allowing myself the space to return to my center so that when I re engage, I do so with clarity, confidence, and grounded leadership. In time, I fully intend to VOLUNTEER, TEACH, MENTOR, and GUIDE in a way that is ethical, responsible, and impactful.
This pause is not a step backward. It is a deliberate act of INTEGRITY.

It is me honoring the truth of where I am, so that the work I offer later is strong, sustainable, and aligned with my values.

Thank you to everyone who has shown PATIENCE, GRACE, and UNDERSTANDING. Thank you for respecting my TIME, my BOUNDARIES, and my HEALING PROCESS. Your support does not go unnoticed, and your trust matters to me deeply.
