🔨Editor Kathryn Boughton nailed it in her column this week entitled "Packing Problems."

📣"If Americans are living in smaller households, why are packages so large?....overpackaging and over-selling products is a major problem for our environment. Thirty-five percent of all food in the United States isn’t eaten and is thrown away. Globally, the problem is only marginally less—about 30 percent is wasted."

Due to the weather forecast, this Thursday’s Town to Trust Music Series performance with Wanda Houston and the HBH Band has been postponed.

While we’re sad to miss the music this week, we all know how desperately we need the rain—so we’ll gladly trade a concert night for the much-needed showers. 🌧️💜

We’ll share the rescheduled date as soon as it’s confirmed. Thank you for your understanding and for being part of this wonderful community series!
