Breaking: Serious incident at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass tonight. One person has died and reports indicate 6 others were injured in a shooting. The casino has been evacuated and authorities are investigating. This is still a developing situation.

Prayers for all the victims and their families. If you know anyone who was there tonight, please check on them. 💔🙏

This was the second terrible situation like this in the past 24 hours. There was another one in North Carolina. Stay vigilant.

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southeastern McCulloch County in west central Texas...
North Central Mason County in west central Texas...
Southwestern San Saba County in west central Texas...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 220 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Katemcy, Camp San Saba, Voca, Camp Air, Fredonia and The
Intersection Of Us-190 And Ranch Road 1311.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
FM 1851 crossing Tiger Creek, Katemcy crossing, Spy Rock crossing,
Oak Grove crossing, Behrens School crossing Comanche Creek, Old
Katemcy Mason crossing Comanche Creek, Sandy crossing, County Road
216 crossing Mud Creek, County Road 212 crossing San Saba River and
Hurley crossing.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
