Living alone really teaches you how fast life can pile up. You blink and somehow there’s a week’s worth of laundry sitting in the corner again. 😅

Lately I’ve been trying to make things easier on myself instead of waiting until everything feels overwhelming… Tide’s boosted formula has definitely been helping with that!

THANK YOU GOD for putting me in positions to experience moments like these! I’m normally not one to spend money on myself like that. But I work HARD. This watch represents a whole new era for me. Growing up, reaching new levels in my career, celebrating myself. I’ve worked very hard to get here, but I know I got so much further to go.

lighting a candle has always been my go-to reset ritual.

being on the road for two weeks straight can really catch up to you… physically and mentally.

I’ve been realizing how important it is to slow down, reset, and give yourself a second to breathe so you don’t burn yourself out.

it’s really the small things that bring everything back to center…

 and for me, it starts with setting the mood.
