PRINCIPLE 1: RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
Speak as if you are building bridges.
This is the first Zarlequan principle—and I’ve had it as my phone wallpaper all week. People notice. And I notice myself softening, listening deeper, and pausing before I speak.
Respectful communication is the first gateway to true connection.
It’s not just about being nice—it’s about speaking kindly, listening actively, and valuing each other without judgment.
When our words flow from the heart, they create safety. They create belonging.
But here’s the truth: not everyone is meant to hear you.
Some people are standing in a different space of awareness—and that’s not a failure. That’s guidance.
Speak your truth anyway.
Those who are meant to hear it, will.
Save your breath for those who listen.
When you find your soul-kin, cherish them.
Use “we” and “us.” Speak from unity, not separation.
When anger rises, walk away instead of burning the bridge you built.
Do not speak unforgettable words to those you wish to keep.
This is how we create relationships that nourish the soul—and last through lifetimes.
This is how we remember.
This is Zarlequan.
