Kewaunee Weather

Currently most of the eastern side of Wisconsin is under a tornado and flood watch for 5 hours. The storms are still between Madison and Stevens point with a few cells popping up west of Green Bay.

Make sure to have an emergency plan in place and ways to be notified of severe weather.

Update: Kewaunee, Brown and Door counties are all under a severe thunderstorm warning! Up to 60mph wind gusts and hail potential.

Slight risk for severe storms over most of Wisconsin!

Currently here in Kewaunee we are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 8pm. This includes potential wind gusts up to 70mph and hail. Be sure to bring those outside chairs in and have a way to get alerts!

Watch out! Kewaunee is currently under a severe thunderstorm watch up until 10pm. A few storms will be making their way across Wisconsin today that have a slight risk warning for mainly wind and hail. There is a slight risk for tornadic storms so make sure to have a way to get warnings!!! I will be keeping the greater Kewaunee area updated as the storms progress closer.

Tomorrow 6-3, we will be under a marginal risk for storms. Expect to see some mid to high range winds and light storms. The more severe hail and tornado probabilities are south towards Madison.

Here in Kewaunee we will most likely get some winds and some general storms, so make sure to bring in your outdoor furniture!

Update

Currently a severe warned storm is making its way past eastern parts of Green Bay heading towards Denmark. Just north of Green Bay is another storm with hail and dense rains.

Urgent update!

Currently a what appears to be a severe storm is heading south east into Kewaunee county and as more storms pop up we could see isolated severe cells form! I will try and keep up with each severe storm but please have ways of being weather aware and alert!

Were back under the severe thunderstorm warning. A line of storms south of Green Bay is making its way towards the Kewaunee/Door county areas. Chance for severe wind gusts and light hail. If your outdoor furniture is not brought in yet, now would be a good time!

Currently a severe storm near Two Rivers is heading into Kewaunee Co. This will most likely be severe as it enters the Kewaunee area.

We are under a meso discussion for the next 2 hours. We can expect to see garden variety thunderstorms and rain. I would not rule out the potential for more severe storms to pop up which would include some hail and winds. Stay safe and be weather aware for the next bit.
