Y'all this year has already started off so incredible! And with little sleep!

I've enjoyed spending some time with new friends (aren't we pretty!) And a few old friends. There has already been so much karaoke! AND LOTS of football! 🤠 Hook em!

I've got a new co-writing partner! (Even though I've known him all my life). Look for music soon! (I can't believe I just typed that! 🤯)

2026 is the year of REALLY getting out of my comfort zone!

You hear of this happening, but honestly you don't think it will happen to your loved ones headstone.

I've not lived in for 20 years. And while I visit my parents graves everytime I am there, it's been a couple of years.

Yesterday was 42 years ago we laid him to rest. This is what I find...

I didnt choose this place for my dad, and would have NEVER put him here. I was nine and wasn't making the decisions!

This guy. If you didn’t know him… what a shame.

Every December 8th, the memories come crashing in like a wall of amps. The world lost a legend in 2004 — but I got lucky enough to survive him in real life.

The Abbott boys didn’t just show up in my world around ‘94…They blew straight through it — pyromaniacs first, humans second. He literally lit my shoes on fire just because he could. No, they weren’t on my feet… but still. They were SHOES. There was FIRE. He cackled. I frequently made the drive home barefoot. 🤘🔥

Pool parties that somehow lasted ‘til sunrise.
Recording sessions that never actually ended.
Their poor mom’s house hosting “early morning ragers” no one planned. Mardi Gras beads launched into trees like it was sport. Guitar picks = just another way torment me. My car alarm screaming all night because that was “funny.” And endless Blacktooth Grins fueling every bit of chaos. 😜 🚽 I wish I had counted the actual nights i slept in the bathroom floor.

He was the big-little brother I never asked for, but man… what a gift.

A once-in-a-lifetime guitarist — and somehow an even better human. Loud heart. Loud laugh. Loud life. And all love. 🎸✨
