Dock diving info for those in the Green Cove area.
The other closest pool would be in Ocala.

Seeing questions about how to get started in dock diving, well you just call our pool coach and set up a pool time to meet him there. You bring a floating toy (balls are not preferred), a towel, be prepared to get in the water if needed, fresh water for your dog and $$ for your lesson. Afterwards you should gently dry your pup’s inner ear and walk him/ her a little just to relax those muscles before the ride home. Always have p**p bags with you because, stuff happens. On a first visit, you may only want half hour or at least take several breaks. Dogs can get over excited plus they are using their muscles differently; if this is a puppy or young dog or a dog recovering from an injury, less is best! Today this girl started her very first door routine session, and let me tell you—she nailed it! 🙌
Instead of turning the entryway into a chaos zone (barking, jumping, rushing the door ), she’s learning a brand-new rule: “When guests come over, I go to place”✨
We practiced:
Hanging out in her spot while the door action happens
Staying calm = she gets to say hi
Rewards for good choices (because who doesn’t work for snacks?)
It’s just day one, but you can already see the gears turning. This routine is going to make visits smoother, calmer, and way less stressful for everyone—dog included!
