Catherine is one of the most passionate, hardworking people you'll ever meet. Not only is she a fellow vendor, but over time she's become so much more than that she's become family. Her dedication to sharing authentic Puerto Rican cuisine with our community shines through in every dish she creates.
If you've ever had the chance to try her food, you already know the love, tradition, and heart she puts into everything she serves.
