Feeding time for my sourdough baby 🫶
I don’t weigh anything out anymore — I just eyeball until it’s got that thick pancake batter consistency. Before bed, I discard down to a couple tablespoons, then feed about ¼ cup of King Arthur unbleached bread flour and room-temp bottled water. Easy, simple, and it’s always ready to bake the next day 💛🥖
